I see myself as an educator and a motivator. We all need to understand that there is a process to follow in order to reach any goal. I seek to educate my clients about where their bodies are at the moment and what it will take to reach their desired outcomes. In the end, I want them to understand what we're doing, why we are doing it, and where our efforts are taking us.

Luke Schneider
Personal Trainer | Athletic Development
Luke has been studying and practicing kinesiology since 2010. He applies an evidence-based progression to strength training and muscle growth, with a focus on movement patterns, mobility restoration, corrective exercise, and senior fitness.
I believe health and fitness should be taught as a lifestyle and should be something that people implement for the rest of their lives. When working with my clients, I like to mix things up during workouts. This includes a synergy of strength, cardiovascular, balance, and flexibility training. Together, I see these as the essential elements for preventing musculoskeletal injury and maintaining a healthy heart and metabolism.

Mariah Ferrari
Massage Therapist
Mariah is a graduated from the Wisconsin School of Massage Therapy in Germantown. Throughout my program, my passion for massage as a modality to solve problems within the body grew. I have always loved working with my hands, whether it be through painting, gardening, collecting rocks, and especially massage. Massage cannot only help muscle tissue itself, but has a profound effect on nearly all body systems. Listening to the needs of the client and translating that to massage is an important skill I have developed.
In my free time I enjoy being outside, painting, listening to birds, and taking my cat for walks down the sidewalk. Taking care of my own body outside of massage is also an important pillar in my life. One of my favorite things to do is ride my bicycle outside. I like to take the time to cook nutritious meals too; what we put into our bodies is an important aspect of health.
Working within Integra allows for a multidisciplinary approach to the body that works wonders. Through this collective approach, true strength and healing can occur. I’m excited to be part of the team and looking forward to working with all who are brought to my table!
Sara Smiley-Robbins
Sara has been practicing massage therapy since 2003. She has worked in a variety of environments: spas, chiropractic offices, backstage at concerts, private practice and as a massage instructor.
Sara joined the Integra team in 2013. She values working in coordination with Physical Therapists and Personal Trainers at Integra, and feels that this combined approach provides the best possible outcome for each person's treatment.
Sara loves to learn and improve her skills, knowledge and techniques. She has training in a wide variety of modalities, including: orthopedic massage, PNMT, SMRT, reflexology, Craniosacral Therapy, prenatal massage, lymphatics, and has learned approaches to treat low back pain, headaches, neck pain, upper extremity nerve dysfunction, shoulder pain and much more.
Her joy comes from helping people feel better. Sara likes the puzzle of treating musculoskeletal conditions and will consider people's lifestyles, histories, and current issues in her approach to treatment. She tries to "listen" to what each area of the body is asking for and treat it accordingly with compassion and caring.
