Sauna Experience
Infrared Sauna + Integrated Red Light Therapy
Our infrared sauna experience was built around more than simply sitting in a warm room.
The sauna is typically maintained at 155–160°F, providing a hotter experience than many traditional infrared sauna settings. For those who prefer more intense heat, temperatures are capable of reaching approximately 170°F.
Integrated directly into the inside of the sauna door is our red and near-infrared light therapy panel. Because the panel is mounted within the sauna, you can use red light therapy during your sauna session without adding another appointment or treatment.
The adjustable positioning makes it easy to target different areas of the body. Whether you want the light directed toward your knees, shoulders, back, legs, or another area.
Red light therapy is optional, but we recommend combining the two when appropriate so you can take advantage of both modalities during the same session.
